Blue passion flower

The blue passion flower (Passiflora caerulea) is a popular garden climber with stunning flowers. This South American plant’s tendrils allow it to attach itself to other plants and so reach heights of over 10m. They produce orange fruits that are edible but apparently not especially tasty. Our passion flower is still flowering opposite the burrowing owl aviary.
